| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up contact with operator regarding TC+ routine 06-03-10. DETAILS: Operator had no knowledge o9f the positive sample, he had been out of town since Thursday, 06-03-10. ACTION NEEDED: Sample had a chlorine residual of .5ppm. Sample was taken at the Café from on outside spigot that may not be the best site. Four repeats will be needed. One of the samples will be triggered sample (raw from the well). Operator will schedule the repeats. | ||
