Details: SUMMARY: Routine total Coliform positive for sample date 07-06-10 DETAILS: Called and left message for Wanda to take 4 repeat samples. One repeat needs to be at the well head while the other three will be in the distribution system. I also notified her that if the samples pass they will need to take five temp routine distribution samples for the month of August. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up testing and follow up if necessary.
