| Details: | SUMMARY: Repeat Source total Coliform Positive for sample date 07-08-10. DETAILS: Wanda called this office on 07-12-10 and letting me know that a repeat sample was positive. I told her that she will need to complete a public notice for unresolved total coliform and distribute it to the users of the system. She didnt have an email or a fax so I mailed her a copy as well as a copy of the information technical bulletin for health effects of coliform bacteria. She said they are having a company out to disinfect the water system. I suggested that they take a special sample to determine if the disinfection eliminated the total coliform. I let her know that they will need to take five temporary routine samples for the month of August. I also asked her to provide a copy of the public notice to have in the file for DHW-DWP. ACTION NEEDED: Obtain a copy of the completed public notice. Follow up if necessary. | ||
