| Details: | SUMMARY: Three of four repeat samples are positive for coliform bacteria. DETAILS: Received alert on 7/23/10, received public notice from Curt Duever on 7/27/10. Curt reported via e-mail that the system us scheduled to be shocked chlorinated and flushed on 7/29-30/10. The church is accepting bids for the installation of a UV light system which is being reviewed by the State Drinking Water Program. curt will be taking a special verification sample after the shock chlorination and flushing is complete. Curt is aware that five temporary routine samples are to be submitted for the month of August. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for results of special sample. Wait for results of 5 temporary routine samples in August and Monitor plan review process for UV light installation. | ||
