| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine total coliform positive for sample date 5/20/10 DETAILS: Contacted Julie Szambelan and she indicated that Chris Snyder at 503-633-2668 was helping with the sample taking on the system. I called Chris and he indicated that they hadnt made it out for the repeat samples. I let him know that they need to take a source sample at each of the wells. One of the source samples will count as a repeat because they dont have UV or Chlorinate. I let him know to mark the other as a source. They will also need to take 3 distribution repeat samples ASAP. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor results of repeats and respond if necessary. | ||
