| Details: | SUMMARY: 4/5 Temp routine total coliform positive DETAILS: Called and left message with Christine to notify her to complete an updated public notice for the users of the water system. I surveyed the water system on 5/17/10 and it is becoming apparent that the system will need to treat via chlorination or UV because the operator has disinfected the water system a number of times and the well head continues to be positive for total coliform. The system has had the well video scoped without any conclusive results. I will discuss the options with Christine and give her Marsha Foxs phone dumber at DWP for plan review. ACTION NEEDED: Obtain the updated public notice from the system operator. Follow up with operator about treatment options. | ||
