| Details: | SUMMARY: E-coli positive for temp routine on sample date 6/24/10 DETAILS: Contacted Christine and she indicated that the lab had contacted her on 6/25/10 so they have been on a boil water notice since then. I emailed Christine the boil water template as well as the commonly asked question following a boil water notice form. I indicated that the water system will likely need to have permanent treatment and she said she would discuss this with the other users of the system. She said that they will disinfect the system. I also let Christine know that any treatment placed on the system will need to go through plan review with the State. I gave her Marsha Foxs phone number. ACTION NEEDED: Obtain completed boil water notice stay in contact with operator about further disinfection and treatment options. | ||
