| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation #6 - Routine Coliform DNR DETAILS: I called and spoke with John and reminded him about quarterly total coliform monitoring. He said he would follow up and get a test taken ASAP. He also mentioned they just had to replace the submersible pump in the well. I also reminded him to take a nitrate test each year. ACTION NEEDED: Routine TC test. | ||
