| Details: | SUMMARY: Reviewed Use of Chlorine Test Kit DETAILS: Met with Roberto onsite. He had a brand new HACH DPD chlorine color wheel test kit. Showed him how to use it, however the chlorine concentration was non-detectable. Roberto added a couple of gallons of bleach to the solution tank to increase the solution strength. I asked him to measure it again later in the day. Discussed the routine coliform sample collected 8/3/10. A chlorine residual of 5.1 had been written down on the lab slip, however Roberto had transposed the numbers - the residual was actually 1.5 mg/l. Called 8/17 - spoke with someone else in the household who said Robeto measured a residual of 1.0 mg/l later that evening. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
