| Details: | SUMMARY: Elevated AS DETAILS: Sample taken to Water Lab marked EP_A and tested for Arsenic. Cole believes this was a source water sample that should not have been tested for AR since we know the source has levels in line with results from07-06-10. If the lab did the test in error they will need to issue a corrected report. Cole is resampling to ensure the system is working. He will then discuss with Water Lab about having the samples corrected. ACTION NEEDED: System to resample and corrected report issued if needed. | ||
