| Details: | SUMMARY: Resolution of Violation #1110 Routine Coliform: Did not report any sample(s) to be taken 07-01-09 - 09-30-09 DETAILS: Resolved Violation #1110 per SDWS. 04-20-10, spoke to Britt Price to remind her that the routine coliform samples had not been done for the quarter 07-01-09 to 09-30-09 and that the routine coliform samples had been done for the quarter 07-01-0- to 09-30-09 and that they are in violation of the State Drinking Water Program. Britt relied that the facility is only seasonal and operates from the first of June through the 30th of September. She said that they would take the TCR sample when they open for the season again. ACTION NEEDED: Continue to submit samples to remain compliant and avoid becoming a significant non-complier. | ||
