| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine coliform sample positive for Total Coliform, DETAILS: Water Quality Alert: COLI7981 - Received alert on 080310, called system the next morning and explained the them the process of taking four repeat samples, and that one of these samples must be a raw water sample from the well head and will count as the fourth repeat (as well as the different form for a repeat sample). I also explained to her the different form that needs to be filled out at the lab for a raw sample. ACTION NEEDED: Take five routine samples in September 2010. | ||
