| Details: | SUMMARY: Provided assistance with understanding monitoring, filtration, equipment and disinfection requirements. Aslo reviewed items of sanitary survey from previous year. DETAILS: System called in with a lack of understanding regarding their system set up and requirements for monitoring and reporting purposes. Met with the system in the field and reviewed items needed for four log inactivation, as well as requirements for disinfection (continuous chlorine injector) for surface water treatment. Reviewed storage tank and made recommendations for security and maintenance. ACTION NEEDED: State will provide follow up with letter of instructions. | ||
