| Details: | SUMMARY: Boil Water Notice, No Filtration for Giardia or Crypto DETAILS: Discussed water system at Kozy Kove Resort. Currently there is no filtration for Giardia of Cryptosorodium. Jim will get the right filter as son as possible. Will talk to restaurant operator. Apparently he has done no sampling-- nor has he done any SWTR reports. Will ask him to close until the filter has been installed and sampling has been done. ACTION NEEDED: Close restaurant until Crypto and Giardia filters have been installed and samples have been submitted, then will wait for lab results. | ||
