Details:	SUMMARY: Follow up items to sanitary surey on 03-12-09. DETAILS: The system had undergone a change of ownership in early May 2010. Met with new owner and manager on 06-29-10 on site to discuss what is required of the PWS, as well as go over the survey that was conducted on March 2009 and how they can correct the deficiencies. Reviewed getting the nitrate and arsenic tests complete on or before end of 2010, completing the coliform sampling plan and what it is (it was 1/2 complete during site visit), reviewed completed ERP-all portions complete, measured chlorine residual at .6ppm, reviewed chlorine residual requirements and recording 2x/week in system, as well as taking a raw sample 1x/year. Reviewed again purchasing a DPD type test kit. Also reviewed requirements of O and M manual. New ownership stated they would stay on top of items better that had been in the past. ACTION NEEDED: Complete O&M Manual. Get nitrate and arsenic testing current, Purchase DPD test kit and record chlorine residual 2x/week. Finish coliform sampling plan.
