| Details: | I attempted to call and text both owners of this system with no response. In the text, a previously successful method to reach both operators, I explained that the system had not reported routine results for June or July and that their August routine would return this violation to compliance. However, the system has now not reported results for August as well. I received no responses to the calls or texts, however, one of the owner/operators and I spoke by phone the previous month and discussed these matters. I will email both owner/operators a link to this contact report and ask that they take their routine sample in September. The continued missed tests ensure the continuation of monthly routines for this system in the coming months. |
