| Details: | SUMMARY: Repeat total coliform positive for sample date04-08-10. DETAILS: Left message foe Mary and spoke to Phil Chamberlin to let him know they need to do a public notice for total coliform positive. The system spring box needs to be upgraded to help prevent coliform positive samples. Discussed that there may be a need to put chlorination on the system in addition to upgrades to the spring box. Mailed the system the template for unresolved coliform and boil water. The system has been boiling water for yeas according to an e-mail from Mary . Asked Mary to complete the Public Notice to distribute to the users and send a copy back to this office. Let system know that they will need to take five temp routine samples for the month of April. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up testing and respond as necessary. | ||
