Details: SUMMARY: Total Coliform positive for sample date 05-13-10. DETAILS: Called David and let him know that the positive sample from the sample they pulled yesterday. I let David know that he needs to pull a triggered source sample as well as three distribution samples. If all of them are good they will need to take five temp routine samples during the month of June. He said he would be sure to take the samples. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor and follow up if necessary.
