| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation - Failure to sample quarterly for coliform. DETAILS: Phoned Ms. Murray re lack of quarterly sampling and she relayed to me that the water system operation was under direction of Rex Miller (Agri Tech in Coos Bay). She would assure to make sure that R. Miller was aware of need to sample quarterly immediately. She provided to make R. Miller the primary contact for the water system. ACTION NEEDED: Sample for Coliforms quarterly. Sample for nitrates annually. | ||
