| Details: | SUMMARY: Chem 4078 DETAILS: Nitrate and Voc above action level. Called and left, message on 05-21-10 around 4:00PM. Mentioned testing for Tetrachloethylene and (PCE) can be reduced to annually and that we submit chemical change form to state. State wants then to test another time this year during 3rd quarter due to previous high test result obtained during 3rd quarter. The chemical change form should state 01-01-11 as starting date. Remind then to take Nitrate quarterly and that they missed 1st quarter in 2010. ACTION NEEDED: R&C achieved. | ||
