| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up to Sanitary Survey/Review of Operations and Maintenance Manual. DETAILS: During the water system Sanitary Survey conducted on 05-07-10, one significant deficiency was noted that the system lacked an operations and maintenance manual. The operator above has completed the O&M manual and it was reviewed here in this office on 07-13-10 and found to contain all the elements necessary for a complete O&M manual. This significant deficiency was followed up on by staff and has been corrected. ACTION NEEDED: None | ||
