| Details: | SUMMARY: TCR exceedance and Tier II notice. DETAILS: Talked with Cheryl, they shock chlorinated on either Tuesday or Wednesday of this week and took repeat s on Thursday that came back with positive TCR. She stated they have had some breaks I the dist. Lines and have been repairing, but the chock chlorination and repeats occurred after the repair was completed. Second conversation with Cheryl later in the day - she wasnt totally sure if John shocked the well of the reservoir. ACTION NEEDED: Told her to make sure the well is checked, John do any problem solving, do the tier II notice, then repeats next week with a raw water sample. I will stay in touch with them next week. | ||
