| Details: | SUMMARY: follow up to TC positive result DETAILS: There is a new contact for the Mitchell City Water, Judy Bernard. I went over the follow up requirements with Sandra. There will be 3 source samples and 4 repeat samples needing to be collected. The sample was not showing a chlorine residual so I asked that they monitor their system closely.**Results of the seven samples was negative (8/24/10 per Box R).** ACTION NEEDED: System to collect 5 RT samples in September. | ||
