| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation follow up DETAILS: Luckiamute received four violations in June for not taking source water samples following a TC positive event in the distribution system. Carol contacted DWP to determine what could be done to remove the violations. Violations can be manually entered as returned to compliance if source samples are taken. ACTION NEEDED: Water system will need to take source water samples at all four wells and submit results to DWP. | ||
