| Details: | SUMMARY: Stage 2 DBPR Revised SMP Assistance DETAILS: System requested HBH for preparation of the IDSE report for Standard Monitoring for Stage 2 DBPR. The report is due 6/30/2010. The system did not collect IDSE samples according to the SMP submitted in 2008. A revised IDSE SMP needs to be prepared. I reviewed the original SMP and revised it after consultation with DWP. I completed the revised SMP and emailed it to DWP and the system. ACTION NEEDED: Evaluate data and complete report and sent to system and DWP. | ||
