| Details: | Spoke with Tom by phone. 4 repeat samples collected 9/14 after routine TC positive collected 9/10 were all TC+. Explained that he is required to complete a level 1 assessment. He is planning on doing the level 1 and shocking both the in use well and storage tank tomorrow 9/16. Emailed Tom links to level 1 assessment form and shocking instructions. | ||
