| Details: | SUMMARY: Discussed enforcement deadlines DETAILS: I spoke with Mike Brown regarding the current expectations and deadlines in the current administrative order against Saginaw Park Trust. I made it as clear as possible that lead and copper sampling results are due no later than September 10. Mike stated that Brad Carr should have copies of the lead and copper samples, along with all the other sampling results. He also said that Alexin Analytical was the laboratory that analyzed the lead and copper samples. He stated he doesnt have any money to install a treatment system, and it appears that plans will not be submitted until the system is awarded an SRF loan. Lastly, we also discussed that an alternate water supply is not required with the current level of arsenic in water at Saginaw. ACTION NEEDED: Await submittal of lead and copper sampling results. Speak with Brad Carr and determine what reasonable deadlines should be incorporated in an extension for design and installation of the arsenic treatment system. | ||
