Details:	SUMMARY: Correction of Violation of Coliform test DETAILS: I wrote a letter regarding the recent violation that Cedar bend Golf Course Assoc. had for not reporting a bacteria test for the second quarter of 2010. To correct his violation they needed to perform a routine bacteria test as soon as possible and submit the results to DHS in Portland as soon as you get them. The test was done on 07-28-10 and was negative. You also needed to post a "Public Notice" at the club house informing any users of the failure to test and or report. I verified that the Public Notice was posted on 08-06-10. ACTION NEEDED: System is now in compliance.
