| Details: | SUMMARY: NOTICE OF VIOLATION # 562316 DETAILS: my records show that you missed the routine bacteria sample for the month of June 2010. Youll recall that your system is required by rule to test monthly. Since you did perform this test on July 28, 2010, you do not have to do any more sampling other than your required monthly sample for August. You will need to post a "Public Notice" at the lodge informing th eusers of the failure to test and report. The otice must be within a year of this vilation, and must be posted for 7 days or until sufficient testing is done to resolve this vilation. Let me know ir you need a template. You should have one on your colirom sample plan. I do need to send you a copy of the notice you posted so I can send it to Portland. In looking at your coliform sampling records, I seethat you have pretty mcuh missed every other month! ACTION NEEDED: Waiting for sampling results | ||
