| Details: | I spoke to Shane about the TC+ temporary routine distribution samples. He reported that he feels his new staff is having sampling errors due to improper aseptic procedures. Coliform contamination has been confirmed. Shane was advised to take a triggered source sample and that Level 1 investigation would be required. Shane will be taking the triggered source on 9/16/20. |
