Details: SUMMARY: ALERT: COLI 8085---The routine sample collected on 8-16-10 tested positive for total coliforms DETAILS: 8-19-10---I spoke to Garth today who informed me that he collected the repeat samples today. We also discussed the five repeat samples due in September. 8/24/10---One repeat sample tested positive for total coliform. I spoke with Garth today regarding follow-up. ACTION NEEDED: See next Alert.
