| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation 3352710 was incurred as a result of failing to submit a first quarter coliform sample. DETAILS: 4-30-10---I left a message for Jason regarding the missed sample, the assessed violationm and advised hin to collect a second quarter 2010 sample ASAP. 5-3-10---I spoke with Jason, he says he will call the lab to check if they have record of a first quarter samples that was not reported ti the DWP and if not he will collect a sample tomorrow. 6-9-10---A coliform sample was collected and tested negative. ACTION NEEDED: No further action is needed to resolve violation. | ||
