| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation 3468495 was assessed as a result of failing to collect an arsenic sample. DETAILS: 8/5/10---Violation 3468495 was asessed as a result of failing to collect an arsenic sample. I spoke with Chuck Coleman (USFS) regarding this violation and he informed me he will look into it and call me back. 8-5-10---Chuck called and informed me that a one-time arsenic sample collected and that he sent the results to the DWP in September 2009. I gave him the address to again send the results to DMCE in Portland. ACTION NEEDED: No further action is needed. | ||
