| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation 721306 was assessed for not submitting results of a "one-time" arsenic sample to the DWP. DETAILS: 8/17/10 ---I spoke with Jena fron Neilson Research who informed me that Ashland LDS Church collected an arsenic sample in 1986. I gave Jena the mailing address for the DWP/DMCE to send a copy of the results. ACTION NEEDED: No further action is needed. | ||
