Details: SUMMARY: Violation 686116 was incurred on July 27, 2010 for not reporting a second quarter arsenic sample. DETAILS: 8/2/10---I coordinated with water system operator Steve Krupicka and collected arsenic samples from the Entry Point, Well #1 om 8/2/10. ACTION NEEDED: A third quarter arsenic sample needs to be collected. Additional background: the DWP has been reviewing enforcement options for this water system. According to Steve Krupicka, an arsenic treatment system was to have been installed on 8/4/10.
