Details:	SUMMARY: I met ith Mark Schatz today t review corrections to the 03-23-09 water system survey. DETAILS: 8/18/10---I met with mark Schatz today to review correction to the 03/23/09 water system survey. We reviewed paperwork for the Written Protocol for the Non-DRC Perations, Coliform Sampling Plan and the Operations and Maintenance Manual, and the deficiancies noted on the survery have been corrected. The DWP has received the Cross Connection Ordinance (it is logged in SDWIS). The Emergency response Plan was reviewed on 10/09/09 and is complete. ACTION NEEDED: No further action is needed.
