| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert ID: CHEM4133----The sample collected on 6-2-10 exceeded the MCL for arsenic. DETAILS: 6-15-10---The running annual average for Arsenic levels exceeds the MCL. This water systrem has been in contact with Scott Curry (DWP) and has submitted plans fo ran arsenic treatment system. I called and left a message for Dan Cady regarding the public notice requirement, asked for a public template. I will put one in the mail for him tomorrow. ACTION NEEDED: This water system needs to complete the plan review process with the DWP, distribute a public notice, install a treatment system and continue quarterly arsenic monitoring. | ||
