| Details: | SUMMARY: ALERT: COLI7877--- The routine sample collected on 07/08/10 tested positive for Total Coliform. DETAILS: 07/12/10 --- I called the operator: Eileen is out of town and I spoke with the maitenance person, Ernie, who informed me that repeat samples (one from the source and three from the distribution) were already collected this morning. 08/04/10 --- Four repeats samples were collected on 07/12/10 and tested negative. ACTION NEEDED: Five temporary routines need to be collected in August. | ||
