| Details: | SUMMARY: ALERT: CHEM4219 ---- The sample collected on 06/02/10 exceeded the MCL for arsenic. DETAILS: 7/15/10 ---I e-mailed Dan Cady a message asking him to send copies of the second and third quarter public notices to the DWP. I also asked him to update me on where he is in the plan review process and how close Valley Vista is to getting a treatment system installed. 08/04/10 ---Dan cady had not responded to my inquiry: Brad Daniels (DWP) is aware of this and is considiering enforcement action. ACTION NEEDED: This water system needs to complete the plan review process with the DWP, distribute another public notice, install a treatment system and continue quarterly arsenic monitoring. | ||
