| Details: | SUMMARY: ALERT: COLI7946 ---A routine sample collected from the distribution system on 07/23/10 tested positive fro Total Coliform. DETAILS: 07/27/10 --- I spoke with Charlotte-- she informed me that she collected a source assessment sample from Well #1 on the same day she collected the distribution sample…so per Daniel Hough (DWP) it will count for one the required repeat samples. Three distribution and one source (Well #2) are required. 07/27/10 --- Charlotte and I discussed source assessment monitoring for Well #2. Per Tom Partee she can start now or in January…Charlotte informed me that she will collect the first source assessment sample Well #2 in August. ACTION NEEDED: See above comments for action needed. | ||
