Details:	SUMMARY: VIOLATION #808312 - LCR Late /Nonreporting DETAILS: I made initial contact with Melvin in February 2010 due to the WS exceeding the action level for copper. Melvin was to do some follow up and make sure the corrosion control system was working properly. I sent him a letter in June and again this month requesting an update in this issue. ACTION NEEDED: To return to compliance the WS needs six month rounds (10 sites per round) of LCR results below the action levels.
