Details: SUMMARY: Violation #5613 - LCR Late/Nonreporting DETAILS: WS is an outstanding SNC for lack of LCR monitoring. I did a water system survey on 7/21/10. The WS has switched to a different well and I explained all of the initial monitoring requirements (including Lead & Copper) to the owner. ACTION NEEDED: Two six month rounds of Lead and Copper monitoring (ten sites each).
