Details: SUMMARY: Violation 845209 was assessed because results of a triggered source sample collected on July 7 was not reported by the7-13 deadline DETAILS: 8/13/10 --- I spoke withFrank and explained that violation 845209 was assessed because results of a triggered source sample collected on July 7 was not reported by the 7/13 deadline. I also explained that a public notice was required to be issued and e-mailed him the template. ACTION NEEDED: The next routine coliform sample is die in the fourth quarter of 2010. I also advised Frank to issue the public notice by next week.
