Details: SUMMARY: Violation 845210 was assessed because results of repeat samples collected from th ediistribution system of July 7 were not reported by the 7/14 deadline. DETAILS: 8/13/10 --- I spoke to Frank and explained that violation 845210 was assessed because results of repeat samples collected from the distribution system on July 7 were not reported bythe 7/14 deadline. I laso explained that a public notice was required to be issued and I e-mailed him the template. ACTION NEEDED: The next sample is die in the fourth quarter of 2010. I advised Frank to issue the public notice by next week.
