| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation 1116 was assessed for not distributing a public notice for failing to submit results of repeat samples to the DWP. DETAILS: 8-13-10 --- I spoke with Jerry Carlson today and discussed the violation. Per Chuck Michael (DWP), tier two public notice is required when results of repeat samples are not submitted on time. The results of the May 3rd, repeat samples were due by May 14, but were not submitted until May 31 and thus a public notice shoyld have been issued. Violation 1116 was assessed for failing to issue the public notice. ACTION NEEDED: No action needs to be taken: per Daniel Hough (DWP) this violation was Returned To Compliance when the repeat sample results were submitted. | ||
