| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert COLI: 7833 --- The temporary routine sample collected pm 6-30-10 tested positive for Total Coliform. DETAILS: 7/2/10 --- I spoke with peggy. At this point (4:50 pm Friday before the 4th of July. I explained that four samples need t be collected from the distribution system and one form each source in use at the time: Since there are two wells that is two source samples. 7-6-10 --- Four distribution and two source (one at each well) repeat samples were collected: all tested negative. ACTION NEEDED: Five temporary routine samples need to be collected in August. | ||
