DETAILS: This well has had a spike in 2004 and now in 2010, the water system will monitor quarterly for the next three quarters to see if there is a large swing in levels. ACTION NEEDED: Faxed in monitoring change form. Need to reclassify wells, tag or label on the wells has been reversed since 2001. | ||
