| Details: | SUMMARY: Contact with operator following the TC+ result of the repeat sample. DETAILS: Repeat sample were taken on 7/12/10, the raw source was negative and three of the four repeat samples were negative but one was positive for TC. All of the repeats were pulled from the same sample site. ACTION NEEDED: Violation notice is needed and five routines in August. I asked the operator to review their sampling plan since it should of identified repeat locations upstream and down stream form the original positive. | ||
