| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert follow-up contact regarding TC and E. Coli + raw water result. DETAILS: systems source water was positive for both total and E. Coli. The finished water sample taken at the same time was negative for both. The system plans on cleaning out the collection box and will do some residuals throughout the distribution system (.2 - .3ppm) and was checking residuals twice daily to assure there were good residuals throughout the system. ACTION NEEDED: Special raw water sample after the collection box has been cleaned and maintain chlorine residuals. Look into using the well on location for source water. All plans need to be approved by DHS Drinking Water. | ||
