| Details: | SUMMARY: Sample fromwell taken on 7-23-10 was both coliform and E. Coli positive. DETAILS: 7/26/10 Cindy Willis called (water system operator) and she told me: a) The well has two pumps-- one is not in use. b) The chlorinator is hooked up so that both parts if the system (Business center on one side of the street and the restaurant, bar and store on the other side of the street are receiving chlorinate water. c) The chlorinator is working. d) Sample taken at restaurant was neither coliform of fecal positive. ACTION NEEDED: Called Cindy Willis (water system operator) and told her: a) Verify that chlorinator is working. b) Verify that there is a chlorine residual in both the restaurant and the business center (real estate office). c) Tank five confirmation samples from the well within twenty-four hours. | ||
